“I ordered this on behalf of my grandfather when my dad suddenly and tragically passed away. I was so scrambled that I forgot to select to add a picture, but I emailed customer service and they were happy to add the photo for me. The urn is beautiful, my daddy loved music and movies and this record player urn was the perfect way to memorialize him. Thank you for making such an awful time just a little more bearable. “My husbands urn turned out amazing. He would have approved. I was able to get his urn in time for my husband’s celebration of life. I would highly recommend getting an urn from in the light urns. Thank you again for all ur help. My husband urn was the black wooden urn with his marine seal and his picture in his blues. Looked amazing.”

“everything was exactly as ordered, when i needed to contact someone they were very quick to respond and resolve my issue. also the urn i was supposed to recieve in 3-4 weeks i received in 1. absolutely love this company!!!!!”

“The urn came exactly as shown in the picture. It was so hard trying to find an urn that wasn’t your traditional style urn and I wanted a more modern urn. In the light urns did a wonderful job and it turned out so beautiful.”

“This is the second Urn that we have purchased from The Light Urns company. The quality is wonderful and the customer service is wonderful. We did not receive the urn in time for my Mother's Celebration of Life Service even though I paid for rush shipping. I contacted customer service and without any hesitation refunded me the extra money that I paid for rush shipping. Even though we hope not to have to use their services in the near future, I will gladly recommend this company to anyone who asks for help with this type of service. Thank you”

“The overall experience was great! Customer Service Rep showed patience and respect in our time of sorrow. However, the original urn arrived with the wrong DOB engraved. But at no additional cost to us, a new urn was sent with the correct DOB. AND, we received a beautiful bouquet of flowers as an apology. Thank you!”
