“The mini urn I received was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect representation for my mother who recently passed. Shipping was super quick. I highly recommend In The Light Urns!”

“After a shipping mishap in FedEx end- I finally received my little boys urn. I was quite impressed with how the engraving came out. The quality if the urn itself is amazing as well. Thank you again Susan! Sorry about all the run around. You were of great help during the tracking process and I appreciate your professionalism.”

“I went with the Royal Marble Urn for my brother's ashes. I'm giving it 5 stars, even though when it arrived the adhesive holding the marble urn to the metal base needed to be replaced. It was a minor issue that I believe was caused by cold weather during shipping. I am still very happy I chose In The Light Urns.”

“We love the Raku Urn, but my partner was not sure about it because he thought the finish was too bright on the outside. It is a handmade item so the one that we received is a little darker in person and he is SOOO happy with it! Highly recommend!”

“The urn itself is beautiful, but it's large enough to hold the cremains of a family of five and their pets. My only complaint is that the lid doesn't fit at all, it is way too small.”

“In the Light Urns has excellent customer service. They not only addressed a minor technical issue but added a bonus perk to my order for the inconvenience – I spoke with the owner Susan personally. The graphic designer worked with me on the design revisions of my urn to get it as perfect as possible within the template. They walk it like they talk it in their blog. My dad passed away at 101 and the memorial specialist was interested in knowing a bit of his story – she cared. She understood that although they fulfill a plethora of orders daily, the loss of my dad was a first for me. He loved classic cars, especially old Cadillacs. When I saw their 49 Cadillac urn I surfed the web no further – it was meant to be. On Christmas day, my mom opened her gift and just cried – she was so pleased. After over 50 years of marriage, he’s still right next to her on his side of the bed (on the nightstand) and she’s comforted every night of his “presence”. Thank you for putting a human touch on your brand, service, and products.”
