They will be the only place I ever get my urn jewelry amazing customer service even recieved a call before they opened the day after I ordered and realized I entered the wrong engraving.

This is a horrific time in my life with my daughter passing. I would like to thank in “The Light Urns” the urn I choose is beautiful. I had the Urn directly engraved. They did a wonderful job and shipped so fast. Thank you! If you find yourself in a situation that requires an Urn I would trust this company.

I thought I was purchasing an engraved urn. I got a cheesy box with stickers that rubbed off while I tried in vain to get the screws in flush so that the box did not lean over. I complained and got a message from customer service saying that I would get a new one, properly engraved, delivered overnight with a label to return the first one. That was a week ago. Have received nothing except requests for review.

Hi Teresa, I am so sorry this happened, we had been trying a new way of engraving, that we will now no longer be using as there have been some issues reported and we never want to add any additional stress onto our customers. I do see that a new keepsake had been sent out for you, however it looks like there were major delays with FedEx so we will be shipping a new keepsake out for you overnight today to have a more guaranteed arrival. UPDATE (2/8/2023) Hi Teresa, I do see that your new urn was delivered on 01/28/2023 and as we have not heard back, I can only assume all is resolved. Amazing customer service, I was able to pay an expedite fee to ensure my father’s urn arrived timely. Upon doing such I began tracking my purchase and discovered it was still not going to arrive in time. I called your customer service team and they immediately prepared a new white soaring Eagle urn and put it in next mail. It arrived and it looked beautiful and “Amazing!” Thank you again.

The only even slight complaint that I would have is I bought three of the exact same urns that came with a set of two they weren't packaged in pairs that was the only part that gave me a little heart attack but then I opened the other two boxes and found the other urns

Sad time for us, our order was never so messed up. Helmet was bubbled (the paint) which I was told would be corrected. When we got it, it was NOT fixed. I'm disappointed in their quality of work and commitment to perfection.

I ordered three Sono Gunmetal Wooden Key Chain Urns for the three men who were like brothers to my late husband. They arrived in beautiful gift boxes, and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the urns. I have purchased from In the Light Urns before for my mother, and will purchase again if the need, sadly, arises. I highly recommend their products.

BEAUTIFUL!! I received my order very quickly. I had chosen silver tags but they were not available. The other option I was offered was more then satisfactory and I preferred the black to the silver it turns out. The keepsake urns I ordered are even more beautiful in person! I am very impressed and pleased with the entire experience. My Dad was a fisherman and he would highly approve of the urns himself
