“The urn was beautiful and it represents my husband and my children's father perfectly! He has been an over the road truck driver for the past 35 years, the picture and the personalization is perfect and we could be more excited to display this in our family room. This gave us a little bit of peace in such a difficult situation. Thank you!”

“We browsed through several retailers, but it was when we saw this Weeping Angel Urn we instantly knew, it was “the one”. We paid for next day shipping and got our beautiful Urn immediately. Everyone has fallen in love with the craftsmanship and detail, as well as its beauty. It’s solid, heavy and very well made. Exactly what my mom deserved. This Urn truly describes my mothers beauty and spirit.”

“The urn is beautiful. Prices are reasonable. Shipping was excellent. The only thing that bothered me was the emails to follow. In my grief I personally thought it was insensitive to receive an email with the subject "Your Urn has shipped!". I would have appreciated more discretion. There is zero excitement in an infant urn shipping. Following delivery, waiting a few weeks to ask for a review would have also been more appropriate. More sensitivity regarding communication would go a long way. Thank you.”

“Fantastic product! Very nice design and printing. Pefect. The instructions are actually inside the cardboard urn which is then covered in plastic upon delivery. This confused me as usually the instructions are in the delivery box on the top. Also The instruction sheet was good but I had several questions about transferring the ashes and the aqua bio degrativility of the paper and plastic bags that originally held the ashes from the crematorium. Customer service was great and told me that no, those are not biodegratable and I would need to transfer the actual ashes and remove the paper/plastic that came from the crematorium. The cardoard urn went into the water but rather than totally falling flat it tilted up in the water which made me a bit nervous as well as the instructions didn't mention this possibility. Still the product made for a fantastic, respectful end-of-life internment/celebration.”

“We ordered the Fishing Tackle Box in Green. They originally had an opened mouth bass but kindly changed it to a trout. I added quite a bit of writing. They were amazing to work with. They answered all my questions and helped me with the order. I was expecting a nice urn. I picked it up today, with my husband already placed in it. I've never seen such a beautiful urn. A woman working in the backyard of the mortuary ran out to me. She said she had never seen such a beautiful urn and she had been working in the industry for 20+years. She wished she had seen it for her father. I so love the urn and the experience. I would recommend IN THE LIGHT URNS very very highly. Thank You so much!!”
