“We ordered two necklaces one for myself and one for my husband. His looks similar to a Time Capsule and mine looks like a mother holding a child. Mine is doing okay but his eyelet did break within the first week of having it. Fortunately he is pretty crafty and was able to do a repair rather quickly as we didn’t want to get a replacement as it was engraved and we already had it sealed with some of our son’s ashes. Overall they are holding up pretty well though.”

“Beautiful piece of work, shipped quickly, was a little confused because the plaque wasn’t on the urn or in any of the shipping materials so I called and a very kind gentleman explained that they usually wrap them and put them in the urns to avoid damage. Will definitely be buying a few keepsake urn in the future.”

“The urn that I ultimately got was beautiful and I've received a lot of comments on how perfect it was for my husband. Unfortunately, I received the wrong urn 1st which caused me a lot of distress due to the timing of the celebration of life. Thank goodness I opened the box right away. When I called the In the Light Urns team actioned the error quickly and had the correct urn delivered within 2 days.”

“The Urn was beautifully done with beautiful wood and ingraving. I bought it for my step daughter, as its what she picked out. She was also very happy with the quality of the Urn. My only complaint was the screws were cranked in so tight that we had to use an electric screw driver to get them out.! I wasn't able to do the job and had to leave putting the ashes in to her, i felt badly about that ,as i know it was hard for his only daughter to do, emotionally! Besides for that, the box was beautifully made.”
