“I ordered an "Always in my Heart" pendent/urn and a couple keychain bullet charm/urns with engraving and a deer. All of their work is clear, fast, affordable, and beautiful. AND their customer service is amazing. I had a glitch with the chain, and they replaced it immediately. I highly recommend 'In the Light Urns' for any memorial jewelry and keepsakes. I love what I received. Thank you!”

“I absolutely love the urn heart necklace I purchased for my sweet Jacki. She was my road warrior for almost 19 years and was a Jack Russell terrier. I have the wing and feathers tattoo on my left forearm, so the heart urn really spoke to me. I'm going to hang it on my rearview mirror so she's still with me in spirit as the adventure continues!! “I called their customer service to ask questions about the process and they were extremely helpful. Then when I placed my order they responded very quickly, kept me updated on the progress and did beautiful job on the urn for my auntie. Would highly recommend them.”

“My experience with In The Light Urns, Inc. was wonderful from the beginning. I had some concerns regarding my engraving, however I was reassured very quickly that my engraving would be perfect! I truly appreciate this great, quick, compassionate customer service especially during such a horrible time, because I just wanted my Uncle's urn to be perfect. The shipping was fast and my Uncle's urn exceeded my expectations. I would have given 10 stars if I could!”

“I ordered an urn that I didn’t receive in time for my sons funeral. It said it was delivered so I have to assume it got sent to the wrong address. They reached out and refunded me even though I didn’t have the item to return. It definitely turned a difficult experience into a better one. I appreciate all they did to make this time easier for me.”
