“Poor delivery service. I was waiting my parcel the day promised by delivery company, started my gardening job with hope that it came that day. Soon I received email that 'delivery failed because noone home'. I was shocked because was waiting in the front garden. As a result, just wasted much time for vain waiting and calls to company with clarifications. I was told that driver was in wrong address, but this was not my fault. Finally, got my parcel day after left in the garden; was not satisfied at all of no any apologies. Asked the shop to return me transport fees back, but they told that everything was done in time(”

“I ordered four Swift Seed potato kits very late in the season. I was sent more seed potatoes than I anticipated. This was very welcome. The kits were just what I wanted. The potato growing bags are good quality and of a good size for me to handle - I am an elderly lady. The compost was excellent. There was a minor problem in that only three bags of compost were delivered instead of four but a quick phone call to Jamieson Brothers resolved the situation and the missing bag was delivered by the very helpful delivery man. I will certainly order again but a bit earlier in the season. Thanks to Jamieson Brothers staff for excellent service.”

“Delivery was promised a day when I was waiting for few hours intending to do gardening job, later received a message from driver that 'nobody in'. It sounded amazing because I was waiting in the front garden. So, just wasted time. Finally, was delivered day after much time resolving this with delivery company on phone. Have not got any excuse from both.”
