“We were bounced into this by one of our smaller clients. Then pestered for ages to get it done, despite telling them that we didn't have the manpower to serve all these info requests. They did provide some good templates but the whole process has just been very irritating start to finish.”

“We've come to this registration process with great scepticism. The services that Alcumus provides seem to be just another hoop to jump through if we want to work with specific clients. Our systems are thoroughly assessed on an annual basis by BSI, Achilles, financial auditors and other institutions. All that SafeSupplier portal has done was to ask a handful of questions, check of certification and approval of our status. The clients could've easily done that themselves. The list of services that are available when we set up our profile on SafeSupplier portal doesn't include any of our main services, only a couple of peripheral items. This means we can't even use the portal to inform other potential clients of what we offer. I contacted our adviser about this but haven't heard anything back.”

“We were asked to enrol on Alcumus SafeSupplier from a customer and needed to be done very quickly. Alcumus SafeSupplier team were very helpful in helping build our account but it took them best part of 6 weeks to actually provide us with a log in to access our account.”
