“Ordered item online only to find not exactly what i was wanting so called in at main office for to be sorted out with replacement item with pleasant staff and can’t praise enough for being so understanding even when an individual to be treated the same as a company spending way more on PPE products. When ever looking to purchase PPE clothing or whatever else then this is surely company i will go to in the future.”

“Very good customer service. I ordered a softshell portwest jacket from this company but mistakenly ordered a medium, a quick email to them requesting a large they responded back on a Sunday night saying they have sorted it on there end and I received and email to confirm. Two days later a nice large appeared at my door. Top notch. Thank you,”

“Shorts didn’t arrive !!!! The carriage company ( APC ) would not follow instructions to place item in the porch ! I spoke to the carriage company to arrange re delivery in the afternoon they said they could not guarantee afternoon delivery !! So I am going to have to go to leyland to pick the parcel ? Very frustrating and inconvenient for myself , when other carriers will accommodate alternative delivery options Very very disappointing!!”
