“The items themselves are of great quality and the delivery time is as you would expect for a personalised item. I was slightly disappointed that one ofthe items I ordered was not delivered and I had to contact to get this item fulfilled; that being said the staff member I spoke with was very apologetic and pleasant. The missing item was sent out swiftly also. I ordered the Pulsar 7 in 1 combo jackets, I think it is inconvenient that the inner jacket does not get printed when you apply a custom logo, or that there is no option for this. My email querying this was also left unresponded to. Overall the items are great, but there was a lot left to be desired with the service.”

“Good quality product. Quite happy with overall experience as communication was there and the delivery was rather quick. Only reason why 4 stars because the making of the customised item did take longer than expected, but I was assured that it was a temporary issue within the company and once it was done the delivery took only 1 day. So all together would recommend.”

“I've been looking for a plain maroon at shirt for a while now without any success . I went online and found this one from JRSv. But it was also Fruit of the Loom, a name I remember from some years ago. I ordered it and it's great. Good fit and exactly the colour I was looking for”

“I ordered with JRS industrial for the first time, and I am very pleased with my item ...a junior overall size 36 I bought it for myself I am a size 8 to 10 and 5"4 It was surprisingly of good quality and fit perfectly I have bought other overalls that did not have enough proper pockets or enough room to move about freely Where as this one has Delivery was spot on and the price was right Happy customer”
