I am totally new to Real Estate investing and signed up for this course as I heard about Amanda and Matt from my mentors - Leti and Kenji and I have no regrets. I liked the structure of the course a lot and how they go step by step each week from the basic key concepts to advanced level of tax planning. They address each and every question one on one exhaustively and make the Q and A session a lot of fun and interactive. I personally feel that they put in a lot of time in the videos and the slides are very helpful. Its personally hard for me to sit and focus and learn so I like the short videos and the downloadable contents. Last but not least, they have a great team and Ivoire has been exceptionally helpful. “Amanda and Matt are absolute rockstars. I learned so much in this program and would recommend it to everyone! It doesn't matter where you are on your real estate investing journey, as the content applies to everyone. My favorite aspect about the program is how Amanda and Matt articulate these complicated tax strategies down to a level that is very easy to understand in their videos. Then, they do a live Q/A so you can ask your specific questions about your current situation. Most other programs will have videos/content but not live Q/A. I also really enjoyed hearing other member's questions during the Q/A and learn from their real estate investing.”

“The Keystone 6 week program was as promised and was just what I was looking for. I wanted to educate myself as soon as my husband and I made the decision to invest in a rental property rather than find out later what I was doing wrong or missing out on as far as tax breaks and strategy. The format of the program is perfect. It can’t be easy for Matt and Amanda to summarize all of this information into 6 very manageable modules for the participant, but they do! Since they can’t touch on everything they do present the material in a more summarized fashion which is good because it isn't a huge time commitment. What works really well is that as you go through the summarized presentation in the modules it triggers questions. All of these questions you have are answered live and recorded once a week. And as an added benefit you learn from the questions of the other participants also. I am also pleased to hear the communication doesn’t end with the completion of Module 6 and that Matt and Amanda will update us with any tax changes that may be happening and also will provide opportunities for further education. “We have been working with Amanda, Matt and Keystone CPA team now for several years. They have always been a great company to work with and we utilized their services for our tax needs (think real estate rental properties, 1099 and W2s). Our taxes became more complex and we needed additional expertise. They always provided a lot of knowledge and helped us improve our financial situation by taking advantage of many of the tax laws to benefit us. They helped us truly maximize our profits and increase our wealth. We thought they were great before, but how they treated us and handled our financials during the pandemic has re-cemented how much we believe they are valuable as a company, how knowledgeable they are as accountants, and most importantly how much they care about us and truly have the best intentions for us as clients. COVID has negatively affected our finances, and with our complex taxes (think negative real estate rental incomes, job loss, sick leave due to covid and everything else in-between.) Keystone CPA guided us through the complex tax laws and educated us about the constant changes in tax laws that provide relief for struggling families. We recently were reassured that Keystone was always looking out for our best interest and kept us aware of any tax changes - even when we weren't looking ourselves! After they filed our taxes (after already postponing to obtain the maximum benefit for us while laws were being voted on), the IRS came out with new regulations 17 days after we filed that benefited us even further. We had no idea, until Keystone team reached out to us educating us about the new benefit that will entitle us to additional federal refund and with options on how to proceed to ensure we received our refund. We had no idea of this new IRS ruling, and if we had done our taxes elsewhere I doubt they would have contacted after the filing about additional refunds that we might be entitled to. I cannot recommend Keystone CPA enough, they will go above and beyond just filing your taxes. They are the only Accounting firm we have recommended to family and friends. Thank you Amanda and Matt, you have no idea the positive financial impact you had on our family during this difficult time! To say that we will be a lifetime client is an understatement.”

“My wife and I are both in the medical field and in the Military. We have been very fortunate and luckily own a few rental properties however we are stationed overseas and are relatively hands off. We decided that our taxes were becoming more complicated and that we needed to find someone specialized in real estate to help.
