“Canceled order as it was the wrong medication. Customer service said they'd stop it and only a shipping label had been created but then the medication showed up as did the charge.”
“This vet pharmacy website, compared to others I have used, is not that great. I have two dogs, but it would not let me list both of them. I have entered their information before, but it does not appear later. I wanted to order heartworm preventative for both, and ended up having to order a double amount, twice what I needed now. Come on, get it together, Koala.”
“Koala was great in contacting me about a problem with my dog's RX, but I had to follow up three times over ten days to make sure Koala received the new RX.”
“They were late with the delivery, and didn't contact me by txt to let me know about the delay in the order. Something to do with the vets office. In the past it was very good service. This time not!”
“I ordered Apoquel for my dog because you had a sale. I had enough pills to last 9 days. My vet sent the approval within 3 days of my order. It didn’t ship until nearly a week later. Fortunately my vet gave me enough pills to last. Then I discovered I was sent a generic. I do not want to pay full price for a generic.”
“The last few prescription orders have take far too long to fill. They involved communicatios with the VET but the same questions were asked by Koala and answered by me. The pet ran out of MEDS in those cases because of time delays. These delays would not have occurred if they had been filled locally.”
“Too much email communication with several days in between responses. I had to respond twice for one of them after not hearing back for a few days. This would have been fine but because prescriptions need to be mailed in to fill the prescription, it created even more delays. Just overall felt more time consuming and had too much back and forth. Would only recommend if there is a major sale/savings on the script.”
“Very slow at responding to my email after I responded to yours. I got 2 prescriptions for my two dogs and they were supposed to both be for heart worms, fleas and ticks but only one of my dogs says it’s for all 3 and the other dogs prescription just says for fleas and ticks and nothing came for heart worms so now I need to find out why that happened.”

“I am very sorry to give this rating but you were close to 2 weeks on shipping the product to me. I was highly concerned i would run out of this essential antibiotic for my animal.
I even called on a Fri & was told it yas shipped & would arrive the 1st of the following week. When it dud not arrive i called back & a really nice rep told me it had not shipped but would expedite that day. I was thankful she was honest with me. I would love to continue business with you but a little more prompt shipping is essential.
