“I was disappointed when my toy poodle was taken off this medication when she has a seizure (not from this medication) I could not return the unopened medication and receive a refund.”
“You are in violation of FTC's click to cancel rule. You cannot legally have customers sign up for a subscription on your website but then require them to email or call to cancel. Customers must be able to cancel via the same method they sign up as and cancellation must be at least as simple as signing up.”
“I ordered my medication for my dog Bear on Nov. 6 and it didn't arrive until Nov. 27. That was too long to wait so I got the medication elsewhere. Then, finally, it arrived. I talked to customer service to see if this service might be improved but they were not helpful. All in all super unimpressed and will go elsewhere.”

“They sent a refill of Simparica 2 months early. I emailed them to hold the order and they didn’t respond. They just sent the order to me at a much higher price because the first order was a first order special. I had no idea how expensive the second order would be. The customer service did not rectify anything. I said I would not open the package and they could pick it up. They would not. I will not order from Koala again. Also, my puppy gained weight and is now just under 12 pounds so the dosage is wrong as well. They sent for an up to 11 pound dog.”
“It shouldn't take two weeks and two phone calls to get an item that I ordered. This has been a recurring issue, things take way longer to get than they should. Also, it's stupid that your system requires an auto ship on every order placed, but only allows 30 day increments on the auto ship. I have medication that needs to be ordered every 6 weeks, it is absolutely useless to require I set up an auto ship when I can't make one for 6 weeks. Even then, I have no faith that I would get what I ordered in a reasonable time even with an auto ship.”

“Received a wrong item on my order and then emailed company. No response. It has been 2 business days. I ordered a Feliway diffuser and a refill. Received 2 refills. I cannot use the refill without a diffuser. :(”
“My first purchase with Koala was terrible. IT took weeks to get my order and the communication, or lack thereof upon my multiple inquiries as to status of said order, was terribly lacking. I will not be doing business with Koala ever again!”
