“Ordered on 20th November. I was contacted 2 different times with changes to the order. Finally received order on the 4th of December after having to call twice about order. I will not be using this service in the future. Too many "issues" arising with order.”

“Shipping delayed because Koala failed to reach out to us regarding a prescription change received from Veterinarian. Order was processed once we contacted Koala regaiding the extended time we were waiting for delivery. A telephone call or email from Koaka would have solved the issue.”

It really annoys him and he ignores you because he is extremely busy due to a shortage of vets in my area. The last order I made was labeled urgent and it took you weeks to fill it. “I was upset when I got an email saying you were going to automatically ship and bill my credit card without giving me a chance to say don't send now. All I know is that I don't want to be automatically billed or sent anything from you again.”

“My experience so far has not been good. The box the medicine was shipped in was too flimsy, so it arrived with USPS notifications that the box arrived without any contents. It looks like it was smashed by a heavier box and got torn on the side and top. However, it could have been intentionally opened. This makes me wonder if I can rely on medications to arrive on time. Due to the time difference between east and west coasts, by the time the package arrives, a replacement can't be sent out by Koala until the next day.”
“I did not appreciate that the company put me on auto ship when I have never done that for my pet because of weight. I also didn't like that the company shipped at 5 months instead of 6 months.”
