“Your ad shows two bottles being sold for a reasonable price. You sent me one bottle for $18. I couldn't buy two bottles for that price. I consider that false advertising and a rip off. I know I would never recommend your company to anyone. Any company that pulls that kind of stuff doesn't deserve to be recommended. You got my money. I emailed Koala requesting the discount, but only received $25., instead of the 50% which would have been closer to $70. Times are tough. Thank you for the $25, but I feel the email was like a coupon, which I attached for validity.”

“Although I realize that it is likely not your fault. I just want to say my pets medication box was not sealed closed, tge tab on the box was torn open. The bottle did not have a tamper proof closure. Since it was open when received, I called for a replacement of my order. I will not give my pet medication that could have been tampered with. I'm told I would get the order replaced, but have not seen the replacement yet as it's only been a few days since I notified you of this tapering.”
