“I don’t like having to set up a subscription as the only means of ordering. I tried to cancel but there is no way to do that in the website. I will have to call during business hours. I like the discount that was offered for first time purchase. I was expecting a chewable carprofen but I received a caplet which is much more difficult to administer. I don’t know if the vet’s office or Koala made the mistake.”
“Adorable name but service was slow, I only received responses when I actually emailed them. They submitted my refill request but it took almost a week of no response until I emailed them. This was for a heart medication for my dog. Hope it improves.”
“Very nice company to deal with. Packaging very impressive. Seemed like it was in fulfillment longer than I thought it should be once approved. Was my first time ordering and I had ran out and really needed my order but no big problem. I usually don’t run that close on time when ordering so my fault for that. Very nice company”
“I order from Koala because they had the lowest price. However, I have trouble getting the medication in time for my dog's injection. Autoship would only do every 30 days and I need it every 28 days. I've switched to ordering myself about a week ahead. When I checked online 3 days after ordering it still had not shipped. When I call they do respond and get it to me priority. Customer service is always very responsive. I also need a 4 ml syringe which they don't have so they send 2 of the 2 ml requiring 2 injections. The price recently went up so I will need to check around again.”
“I gave three stars based on how long it took to review the order and the fact that I had to send an email to find out what was taking so long. Today is Saturday and I received the meds on Friday which was a good thing because had I come home from work and meds I was most definitly cancel the order.
Well see in a couple of weeks weather I order again. I was thankful that someone had emailed me back and apologize for the over look.”
“The process worked well except for shipping. One small bottle of medicine was shipped in a box too big to fit in my mailbox. As a result, I had to make a 40-mile round trip to the Post Office to pick up the package. Please use the smallest possible shipping package for the contents.”
“First, I think Koala is amazing and provides excellent service. My issue this time was a coupon I received via email. It was for $20 off my dog’s heartworm medication, which is a huge help. I was told that I had to wait until I received the email stating that the order had been processed before the coupon could be applied. Well, by the time I woke up that morning to see that email the order had already been fulfilled and the shipping had been initiated.”
“My dog is almost 90 lbs and wasn’t sure of his last refill would be appropriate to his weight. I tried canceling the subscription for next month but I couldn’t find a way to do it on line. Would be nice if I actually had a say so to when I want to cancel or put my subscription on hold. Thank you”
“never got an e-mailconfirming my order was received. had to ask my vet who then called and let me know the order was in and they had asked for it to be expedited. Communication could be better”
“Beautifully packaged but that was a problem for me. I felt I paid a little more than I’m used to for my dogs’ medication and I thought it could very well be because of the extra gifts and elaborate packaging, which I just don’t need.”
“The medicine came with dropper, instead of syringe. Can't get accurate dosage with that. Also, must be an awful flavor, my dog hates it, which makes it really hard to get her to take it.”
