“By using USPS, we never received our dog’s medicine. Marked as delivered but never arrived. I was home at the time the delivery was supposedly made. No knock on the door or ring of the doorbell. Nothing in our mailbox (or our neighbor’s). And USPS is very characteristically taking no accountability.”

“I was so excited when our vet reccomended a local company, and so deeply disappointed that it took 2+ weeks for medicines to travel 4-5 miles. You all took so long that I ordered from Chewy and had that order to my front door within 24 hours of vet approval.”
“I was forced to use Koala because my vet office no longer honors CHEWY. My dog needed a prescription and I ordered it on Koala the same day I ordered other requirements from CHEWY. Everything I ordered on CHEWY came the next day, including prescriptions from another office. But not Koala, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 days later, as my dog suffered this medicine finally shows up. Chewy had it on the shelf and it was cheaper, but NO "We don't care about you or your dogs health, we care about our kickbacks."”
“confirmation from Koala with my vet took over a week, Vet was waiting on the paperwork because he knew it was time sensitive. Then my order was supposed to ship. A few days after, I checked and my status said to please contact Koala about my order....why wouldn't they contact me if there is an issue. Come to find out they offer 12 months supply but their medication was going to expire before the 12 months would be up...unacceptable. So now I had to cut my order in half, have to make sure my vet knows, so I can get the other 6 months filled later on. Very frustrated with this company”
“Customer service is absolutely horrible they will not even take the effort to insure that your order is processing a timely matter. The client has to call several times to get no help and nothing but excuses. If the client doesn’t call there vet to get them to call your order will take forever. And forget management they are also a waste of time all they do is apologize for there poor customer service. I will never order or recommend this place ever. Very poor customer service and poor management.”
