“First, the original medication was back-ordered. Instead of calling me, I was emailed and didn't see it for days. Then I called and was told a replacement was available. I approved and was told it would ship immediately. Again, after a few days no phone call but another email letting me know that the second med was also out of stock. The person I spoke with on the phone should have checked with pharmacy before telling me it would ship immediately. All of this led to me almost running out of this medication my cat takes daily. YOU NEED TO CALL PEOPLE AND LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE. It should take days to realize the second med was also out of stock, in fact it shouldn't even have been offered to me as an option if you didn't have it to ship out.”
“I would like my deliveries to be timely, my dog is in a lot of meds and I do not want him to be off of them for any amount of time. If you have issues….PICK UP OHONE AND PLEASE CALL ME. Ty”
“Meds were delivered fairly quickly in a grossly oversized box. Included bandanas for my cats which increases cost but are utterly useless very wasteful”

“Got the first time invite with discount and it seemed pretty easy to order, shipment came in timely manner. Now I have received several emails with 50% off spring preventative flea, tick and heartworm which seemed so fantastic until you go to checkout and it’s for first time users only. Very deceiving and should not be presented as a springtime deal and just advertise it is as it is!!! This makes me not want to use your site. I don’t like when companies do that false advertising. So now I am disappointed.”
