“Unfortunately, the product I ordered was found to be out of stock when I ordered; the Kookaburra team contacted me immediately and were able to supply a suitable replacement and part-refund. They were very efficient in their comms. Thank you.”

“Thanks for quick delivery of cricket white cricket pants. On the first wear my son was able to make 22 runs! Maybe the pants were an advantage”

“Not happy with the delivery process. On 14 Oct I was advised by email that my order was being processed. By the 19th I had heard nothing so I emailed seeking order status and was told it had left the warehouse on 16 Oct but was not provided with a tracking number. On 19 Oct I emailed requesting a tracking number which was sent by return email. The tracking number was not recognised by Australia Post so I emailed (still on the 19th) advising of the problem with the tracking. On 20 Oct I was emailed the tracking history which showed that the package had been at the Fyshwick PO since 17 Oct after it could not be delivered as no one was at home. I needed the tracking information so I could not arrange for someone to be in attendance for collection. The parcel had to be collected from an out of suburb PO at some inconvenience. Not happy.”

“I ordered a Kookaburra Ghost 7.1 and it is amazing. The design off the white is efficient to give the bat a good look at first glance. Though i have NOT batted with it against balls it is a light pic up with a wide face off the bat and it sounds amazing knocking in and i cant wait till ive finished the process and my delivery came 3 days before it was supposed to witch was amazing because i coulnt wait to get my hands on my ghost 7.1”
