When I entered the tracking number in the UPS system, It tells me that they have created a label and there is not a delivery date, the product still has not shipped!”

“Placed an order first part of Feb. When I checked on my shipment, said marked delivered. I never received my order. Sent numerous emails inquiring about my order, and never received emails back. This last on I sent this week I asked again and within 24 hrs, they canceled my order with no explanation. I emailed again asking why they canceled my order, and no response. Atleast they refunded my money. Lack of communication! Poor customer service!”

$ 800, all orders over $ 500- free shipping, total lie as they charged me for shipping.
Try and call them, it's a joke, finally got through 2 days ago, I still to this date (04/03/24) have not received my shipping tracking information. This company is a total scam........STAY AWAY FROM THEM, now I have to chase my money!!”

“One star because NO stars isn't an option. I ordered a case of Crown on Jan30 and turned them in for fraud on 3/27. never received shipping information or product. Customer service is a joke. They answered the phone 1 time out of 10+ attempts. Most times it would ring to voicemail at which point the message would say the mailbox was full. Last time it said their customer service line would be down until next Monday. Complete runaround. DO NOT waste your time or money messing with this site.”
“This was my second order with Liquor Stars and my biggest. I was very happy with how they packaged the first time and so the second time they built enough trust for me to order these tequilas and whiskey. I am glad with how they packaged it and their fulfillment was fairly quick, it took 3 days to get fulfilled although they did UPS 2 day shipping on the actual box. Cant wait to add these to my bar collection!”

I have tried to contact them for over 2 weeks for a product that I ordered and have gotten nothing except I got an email saying we're going to ship it today and of course it still hasn't got here. So I send another email and they say oh would you like us to ship it today or cancel? How do they run a company like this? I don't understand it. I'm very very disappointed in liquor stores”
“Several things are wrong. First of all when you call they say their line is down. Call during the business hours on Monday. Have done that the same message. You can't get a hold of anybody. You can't order anything. Plus I ordered 6700 worth of product. Have never gotten a thing well over a week. I just don't know how you run your business like you do”

“This company is horrible at communication and cancels orders instead of fulfilling. I pre ordered two bottles of liquor well before the release. When the item was released it showed available on the Liquor Stars website. I sent several emails with my order number to verify shipment. WhenLiquor Stars responded they said my order was canceled by request and my money would be refunded. Turns out the pre-sale price was not the same as the price the product was offered at when it was released. Instead of explaining the situation they canceled my order. Terrible service, terrible customer service and communication . Horrible company. Shop elsewhere!”

“Purchase an expensive bottle of rare bourbon on March 6. After multiple days of hearing nothing, I emailed to ask for shipping info. They replied it would be shipped "tomorrow". Then, they didn't even create a shipping label until two days later, and now, yet another day later, the item has still not been shipped.
Terrible order fulfilment and meaningless customer "service". Stay away!”
