“I ordered 2 milky white glass bottles for liquid hand soap for my kitchen & loo. The products are beautiful, great push down tops which actually work. I also purchased 2 white marble stands which are very smart. Extremely fast delivery & the items were well packaged. I had an issue with 1 of my labels, which was dealt with immediately. I highly recommend & will be ordering again as we work through our decorating.”

“Great company! I bought two dispenser bottles with a marble tray and they are excellent quality and look fantastic in the kitchen. They arrived earlier than expected with great attention to packaging and the 'cherry on the cake' is that most of the packaging is recyclable and compostable. I will absolutely be ordering more, very happy customer.”

“I placed an order back on the 24th November 2023, I loved the products but I returned two lots of coaster sets exactly as they arrived, I retuned them as I found them pretty heavy, paid por DPD tracking back on the 07th Dec 2023, I emailed to ensure they had been received and asked when I would receive my refund back on 14th Dec 2023, I was contacted to be advised that they had received my return and that I would receive my refund which until now I have not received. I have chased several times and even said I would be happy to receive it as a voucher so I could use it towards a new order and unfortunately I did not receive anything. Very disappointing since I liked the products but 4 months later and I’m still for a refund even if it’s just 20£ I still very kindly returned the items.”

We did initially process this on 14th of December, however as our communication within your emails stated there was an issue with your Paypal account accepting the refund and we requested further details to provide a refund elsewhere Bank Account / Credit Option. Upon reviewing your case, it seems there were unforeseen issues with our email system which flagged your emails as spam, resulting in them going to our spam folder.
