“Perfect from start to finish. My Arabescato marble table is absolutely stunning. The office ladies were so helpful and the delivery guys were amazing and took real care of bringing the table into my home. Thanks again to all at little tulip shop. Highly recommended!!”

“Extremely happy with my beautiful table set. I was a little unsure about the chairs being uncomfortable but was pleasantly surprised that they were not. The quality is superb and my whole room is transformed. Customer service was on hand from start to finish and what a change having such a professional delivery. This company is highly recommended”

“Just received our new arabescato marble table from little tulip shop which we are over the moon with, very impressed with the high quality of the table , we found the website very easy to use and the sales lady was very friendly and professional and we received very fast delivery and the delivery guys were also very friendly and efficient , a great buying experience from start to finish and would highly recommend”

“My tulip set is great, just as I expected. Service was great and kind, very helpful. Delivery in Finland did not go so smoothly, no pre-call. Kit-care delivery (afterwards) was a bit slow (some problems with the delivery company I remember). But again I got great help from your people over there (especially Natalie if I remember her name right). Kind regards, Mr Pasi Rantahalvari Helsinki, Finland”

“The staff are helpful but I must admit these chairs are not the best quality and feel a bit flimsy. When putting the seats onto the base some slotted in with the bolts easily screwed in but a couple of the chairs were extremely difficult as this is Chinese engineering so don't expect precision. I understand Little Tulip are changing these chairs for hopefully a better quality. I ordered 4 but they came with two different drivers one driver one driver brought 3 up to my flat but the second driver left the other one in the lobby of my block, it is lucky it did not disappear. That I was not impressed with however I don't think the shop can be blamed”

Hello Lesley thank you for your feedback. And yes, we changed in July 2023 to Fiberglass only chairs that have added an unsurpassed weighted durability and quality, which at only £50 per chair more, have turned out to be a fabulous investment for both ourselves and our customers. If you would like, we can change your plastic versions for these new ones (for only the cost difference) even though you have had them for a little while. “From the well designed website which is easy to navigate, the purchase process, booking a delivery that was convenient to me through to the delivery of my tulip table and chairs , the whole process has been exceptional. The quality of the products is very good, the delivery was professional and courteous, the items were very well packed, all of the packaging was removed by the courier. A faultless service that I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for all of it.”

“Service good and efficient. Love the table and chairs look stylish but we don’t find them very comfortable which is why we have deducted one star altho this is our personal preference. The peril of buying on line as had we tried before we bought we would probably have given them a miss. It’s not that easy to get into correct position either at the table when sat on them due to the base. Every one comments how good the set looks and the quality is fine.”

“I bought a small table (carrera top and white base) for my daughter's apartment. I have a real larger Knoll Saarinen table in Canada so I'm well aware of the real thing, and this replica is beautiful, well made and of course lower priced. The tulip table arrived on time very quickly and was set up efficiently by the white glove service. Extremely impressive customer service from start to finish including personal emails to discuss delivery and setup. Best furniture buying experience I had in the UK with the apartment decoration. Highly recommend!!”
