Please don’t book with Lycafly , I don’t want anyone of you to endure the absolute torturous process of having to deal with the Lycafly customer service team. I booked through them in March 2020 and couldn’t fly due to Covid . I applied for a refund in October and six months later I’m still waiting for my money. Etihad have confirmed they refunded the money to Lycafly in October 2020 so I don’t know what could possibly be causing the delay other than a completely incompetent Customer Service and Accounts team . Nothing has been processed to date and at some point you have to start thinking these guys are absolute crooks when they don’t have a justifiable reason for the delay . I have no doubt they have scammed numerous individuals and shouldn’t have a licence to trade with their unlawful deductions of an admin fee to process a refund. Don’t waste your time and money with these cowboys

I am very disappointed with lycamobile in Switzerland. It is difficult to find any operator that would be worse than them :/

I purchased their plan with sim card and I received sim card on mail without the plan activation pin. I contacted them and they told me the plan activation pin comes with email, which I did not get. They asked me to send proof of purchase for resending the email. I send them copy of my packing slip and I have not received my plan activation pin. Worst customer service in the world. Stop scamming people and get a life. Beware of these shameless creeps.

The worst mobile operator ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's very difficult to register the sim card. Tell your developers that alternative number should include country code (different from swiss one in some cases) because when you are new in Switzerland you don't have swiss number, so you can put only your old number from another country as an alternative phone number. If you are not smart enough to understand that site accepts only swiss phone numbers you sensitive data will be sent to random person. I don't think it's normal if the guy in call center says you: "I don't understand your English, find someone who can translate for you". I have C1-C2 level by the way.

***WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NETWORK CONNECTION EVER!!!*** Don't waste your time and money. I'm from Sydney Australia and switched to Lycamobile just yesterday as they appear to be best value for money but the set up process was RIDICULOUS and DIFFICULT! It took me about 2 hours to try and connect to the network and I work from home so this was a MAJOR INCONVENIENCE as I reply on my Mobile Hotspot for connection! I had to drive to my local shopping centre and use Apple WiFi just to be able to work after connecting to Lyca! THEN after I did get a network connection I had to CALL BACK LYCA because my Hotspot setting on my phone was MISSING after my Lyca sim was activated! I then had to follow a set of instructions just to set up my hotspot connection through Lyca! Today has been RIDICULOUS!!! Working from home my internet speed has been STUPIDLY SLOW! They claim to be on Australia's fastest network (Telstra) but that is SUCH A LIE!! PATHETIC SPEEDS! Less than 24hours on Lyca and I will be switching providers already. Going to try ALDI mobile....................

Worst customer service, My LYCA SIM is not working from past 10 days now, LYCA is unable to register new SIM card, they cannot verify details of my old and new number, they are unable to transfer to the old number, CHAT Service is more pathetic !!!

Worst at so many levels. Pointless Lyca Application. Poor Reception. Slow internet. Rudest Staffs. I was yelled at by one staff. so funny that they don't want to explain again if I don't understand because he was speaking fast with a thick accent. Thinking to change to another Telco.

Its has the worst customer service compared to other mobile service providers in Sweden. Please do not call customer care helpline as they will not help u with any issue. Just help your self by not getting the simcard.

had a terrible experience, shocking! I rang to lyca customer service, The call person who answered my call was doesn't even greet me, seem impatient, answering in a bored tone, so talking in low voice. so I cannot hear him, even I put my phone on speaker. He kept interrupting and even I was explaining my situations. I was so shocked he started to change his tone and scream " MA'AM!!!!!!! MA'AM!!!!!!!MA'AM!!!!!!!". so disrespectful. never have I ever experienced like this customer service. This shocking experience makes to change to another mobile network service. not going to use Lyca service anymore.

I bought a lycamobile £10 top up, it didn't reflect in my account. I called Lycamobile customer care, The guy that attended to me was rude, he said i needed my Puk number for him to help me. The 2nd lady cut me off, and the the 3rd person which was a guy said unfortunately because my mobile data was on while buying the bundle, the mobile data took away my £10 top up. Never heard of a thing like this before. They neither apologise or refund you your money.

Terrible customer service. I had bought a bundle for a wrong number by accident and called the lyca service if they could transfer the bundle to the correct number or refund it. They told me to wait 24-48hrs which did I kindly. After waiting 48hrs and an extra 3 days, I called them again for the update of my situation. Again, they told me to wait another 24-48hrs and apologized for the the delay. I was ok to wait for another 2 days and of course, after the wait, I hadn’t gotten any bundle or refund. I called two more times, this time the service team told me that my case was given higher priority and that I would receive my bundle within a day. I checked my phone the next day and didn’t see any update in my bundle. I was furious. It’s been over a month now and I haven’t seen any updates from Lyca on my phone or my bank account. As a result, I have switched to another telecom called 48 which give a solid 100gb + 10,000 minutes for only €8 and I’m loving it so far.

Terrible customer service. All I hear from them was sorry and they are in processing. Trading hour is only from 9am to 6pm Mon to Sat. How come a mobile company operates in such short time. Only email me with questions and does not call customers at all to solve the problems. Email reply is within 24-48 hours or even longer. Unbelievable. Set up automatic top up after your plan expiry without your authorisation. I will never ever go back to lycamobile again.

Awful telco my sim failed then took 2 days to port new sim lost heaps of phone calls also asked for a refund, long story short said I would get a refund in 7-10 working days you know what they did cancelled my bundle without me knowing then I used the refund up in charges without me knowing so dishonest and deceitful and customer service is very unhelpful and they lie as well. If was a 6 renewal plan and I used 1 mth then wanted a refund got nothing and told so many lies from customer service be warned don't go with them.

Awful customer service! No proper explanation plus take ages to get something solved! The agent left the chat without answering my questions and asking if anything else! The name of the representative was 'Sumesh' from UK support.

Disappionted customer.i bought phone card and load it as instructed.somehow,i need the PIN which of course u need to call customer service to obtain of course they charge you for that.the customer service advice me rhat i wasnt registered and they need my icc number? Ended up losing money.I dont recomend this.use other phone card that is real easy to use scratch and call.
