“Inconsistent and Unprofessional
No return/refund or help for bad sim or incompatibility. Customer Service has no resolution. They give lame instructions on how to set up sim every time you call. The complaint starts from first step again after calling and repeating your issue a 1000 times! I lost my money on the sim and the plan”

I purchased a lycamobile sim online $12 cheap i thought BUT DATA IN AUSTRALIA DIDN'T WORK (2G) I then tried to cancel the service and thought i had untill a month passed and my card was debited $24 and $40 from a fake menu log. They basically used my card details to order lunch for them selves.
Customer service had a dog barking in the back ground and was only there to stress and confuse you.

“One of the worst customer service. No one in customer services able to help you and only read the transcript the one company or management provided to them. When ever you call them they will say same thing nothing changed. I requested copy of bill on 7th of Dec 2020 and according to them it will take 3 to 5 working days to email me and 7 to 10 working days for postal copy. And now today is 13th day and still no sign of bill copy. They charged me straight away and not fulfil my request.”

“I ended their service and ported my number. They charged my crust card three days after that for the next month. When I contacted them for a refund the said they can not do anything because my number was ported and deactivated the sim. But they charged my card after porting and deactivation. Really bad experience and worst customer service. I am so glad that I am done with Lyca mobile.”

Phone calls have been reliable in the UK, but when I've been Roaming that calls haven't connected, yet I've been charged a bomb for this shoddy service. Definitely unreliable. My advice is avoid this dodgy outfit like the plague and find another provider.”
