“I bought a sim card from a store but the card was already registered on another person and because of that the discounts for new users doesn't apply to me.
Customer support didn't help, they just said it does not apply to me because I bought the sim in a store.
I tried to edit the registration on the website and that doesn't work it just gets stucked after entering the OTP.”
