Do Not buy Lyca! I got the pay as you go SIM card with 20 pounds credit. I needed it for 4 days I was in London. My 20 balance became 0 balance by the next day and I had hardly made any calls or used data! Worst company ever! Wish I had read the reviews before buying into this. They should be sued!

I would not use this phone company again. The cell service across Europe was not good. And when I tried to cancel my Lyca Mobile plan, Lyca Mobile kept charging me for months. I had to phone them twice, and they never reimbursed me. I would not recommend Lyca Mobile.

Do not use this company. They cut Pay As You Go service and suspend your account without any notice and all your money is gone! Also, they force you to sign up monthly service otherwise you cannot port out your phone.

Worst Customer Service, You can call them only if you have balance on Lyca mobile and you can't call from any other number . If top-up not updated, you can't call them as there is no balance to make call. They can reply your email after 3 days, but with useless information.

If only I had read some reviews before purchasing a sim card and data bundle from Lycamobile at Heathrow 3 days ago. I could not activate it and was locked out of customer help because my balance was supposedly £0, despite having paid £25 two hours earlier. Trying to "register" I finally reached an advisor who could not help me at all but assured me that he would register me and that someone would call me back within 24 about my internet access. No call, no access. When I called back I was told electronically that my complaint had been closed. When I tried to relodge I was told the same. Now I see that so many other customers have had similar problems with Lycamobile's non-functioning product. But even worse is their unspeakable customer service, the most appalling I've experienced in nearly 20 years of using mobile services across the world.

lycamobile 100 international min trick 😢😡😡 lycamobile - bundle -national-plus -22/06/2019 12:55 They advertised under this bundle 100 International mins + EU roaming. But actually the international means no more then 7 big economic countries + the EU countries, non Africans or la-tine Americanises countries. Ironically I can call this countries from my land lines for free. I get this information from customer services after waiting 10 mins on phone (paid service 9 pence / call). They took my £10 after tricking me, but I promise them I am not going to use this services again. I am not going to recommend it to any one. 😢😡😡

So where are my 17,5 euros I paid? Maybe stolen? I bought a Lycamobile SIM card with 7,5 euro credit on it. Surprise! When I check my balance, there is only 5 euro credit, they said I will get 2.5 euro more at my first recharge. I recharge 10 euros, I check the credit again: 15 euro! So where the hell is my 17,5 euro that I paid for? Stolen maybe? Then I try to buy with my credit one of their monthly plan - 14,99 euro reduced to 7,99. Surprise again: I can not buy anything with my credit, I have to buy again with my credit card - another 7,99 euro. So where are my 17,5 euros I paid today if I can not use it? Maybe stolen? Avoid this scammers.

Worst customer service by far, you have to wait 5 days for customer service to get an answer back doesn’t matter if your SIM card doesn’t work or you can’t top up because of their website either you can’t activate your SIM card or you can’t refer a friend because you don’t get anything back from them even if you want to port in a number all you get it’s just errors this made me think twice before jumping into this bad company and customer service called LYCA MOBILE. No other most of the reviews are 1 star, if I could I would of given them 0 stars that’s what they deserve for it.

very poor service, will never buy it in my life, bought it from the a shop and shop owner stated that its 1p/min to India and i recharged for 5 pounds. made few phone calls and the credits got finished less than 100min. called the lyca mobile customer care and was advised that to activate this you have to send a message to 2525 and it lasts for 30 days. i topped it again toady for another 5 pounds and send the text but the when i send it says text message failed, tried few times but still the same. I think its a fraud company? which is trying to get money from vulnerable people. be careful of the company and its steps to get money from customers

You guys suck.. all I tried to do was top up my sim and it took me 2 hours and still no connection. I’m going elsewhere. Create a better system and you will see the profits.. business is not a hard area to excel in. Imbeciles.. 👎🏼🙄😞

Never you trust lycamobile. They deceived customers with their topup bundles and the network connection is very bad. Kindly stay away from lycamobile.

My PAG phone line with Lycamobile has £8 credit still but stopped making outgoing calls a few weeks ago. There are two stipulations with their PAYG: you either top up in a tree month period or you use some credit during a three month period. Either one of these keeps your phone number active. Despite having used the phone to make charged calls and texts less than a month ago the number no longer makes outgoing calls. I have spoken with them 3 times but they really are incompetent and struggle to understand their own terms. They have also ignored emails. I have reported them to the telecoms ombudsman but they really shouldn’t be operating in the UK looking at all the complaints online.
