“On December 24th I recharged my lyca with 35 euros but at the same time I called and asked for a refound (order 88427094) because I already had credits. The attendent told me that in 10 working days the 35 euros would be in my account. I called the other day and they told me my order was approved and I would receive the money. Once again I waited and received nothing. Today January 16th, I changed phone companies and I receive an sms from lyca informing me that the process cannot be processed. It is absurd. Lyca is punishing me for changing and not giving me what I asked for 25 days ago!!! Lyca only remembered that I asked something when I switched. This is a robbery. I was super patient with this you asked me to wait and now lyca said me that cannot process... Yes you can process you have my bank acount number. This is the way that you treat your clients. Its not accetable.

“Trying to get my account number so I can keep my current phone number. Currently day 18 of waiting for them to email it to me as my new phone is locked to Verizon. No, it’s suddenly my issue and I have to go buy an unlocked phone just to keep my number. Get with the times, just email the damn account number.
Emails back and forth are a joke also. Say the same BS each time and resolve nothing.
I spoke on the phone and received the pin via email. Then when I call back they say email and telephone are different departments so if I speak on phone, I will get a text. Yet I receive the pin via email.

They said that my sim is outdated and that is the reason I had not been able to receive incoming calls nor outgoing calls for more than two months. Even not the text messages. They want me to order a new sim card and pay for the shipping fee. There are auto payment from my account every month that they are definitely not going to refund for these two months. I am done with Lyca.”

“I Paid for one years calls, Data and text upfront using my Paypal account. Received Lycamobile sim but no 8 digit release code. Called Lycamobile Ireland customer care team 3 times . Very poor English promised to resolve my issues within 2 hr. All failed to take any action. emailed customer care sent proof of payment - A copy of Lycamobile welcome letter & all reference numbers. Still no reply despite being promised a Manager would call me back. This company is a joke .I am contacting COMREG to take an action against them for a full refund and compensation for all the time I have wasted. Stay away from them they are useless and incompetent with very poorly trained staff that make promises and deliver zero..”

“Bundles and sim cards are not sent.
My order was supposed to arrive after 5 days, it's been a month now and I haven't received it. The customer support told me they do not know if the order has been sent or not, they do not know which shipping company is used, so neither can they provide a tracking number.
The only solution according to them is to wait (until when? More than a month seems already pretty long to get a sim card).
Also, reimbursement are supposed to be done within 48 hours. I requested it 2 weeks ago, and it still hasn't been approved. Again the only solution according to them is to wait (wait for what?).
Do not buy from them, and if you had the bad luck to do so, don't hesitate to report them to the police station (even for only 10€).”
