One star is only for because 0 is not possible. I ordered a pre-paid SIM in online for 20 EUR and it cannot be activated only. In 2019, in Germany, only the shop activation is possible. They even dont send the telephone number with the card. When I contacted to ask help and solution from the customer service, I got an answer they cannot activate it and I need to try online again. Very poor service and expensive for nothing. I paid 20 EUR and I got nothing. They are thieves, so NEVER BUY OR ORTHER ANYTHING FROM LYCA!!!

BAD BAD TERRIBLE Customer Service NO WORD CAN EXPRESS THAT!! ESPECIALLY FOR A LOYAL CUSTOMERS !!! I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LYCAMOBILE FOR MANY YEARS BUT IN A RECENT YEARS! THEY ARE GOING DOWN HILL! THEY CHANGED MY UNLIMITED PLAN TWICE WITHOUT SENDING ME NO TEXT NO CALL NOTHING!! AND MY SERVICE WAS CUT BEFORE MY CONTRACT ENDED I DID NOT REALIZED THAT UNTIL AFTER I CAME BACK FROM A TWO WEEKS VACATIONS..WHEN I TRY TO CALL THE TAXI AT THE AIRPORT MY PHONE WAS OUT! VERY NASTY! THE WORST THING IS WHEN I CALLED THEM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STATED " PLANS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE" OUTRAGES! TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I HAVE TO LEAVE LYCAMOBILE BEHIND SINCE THEY TRY TO SCAME ME OVER AND OVER AS THEY SAID FOOL ME ONCE SHAME ON YOU FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON ME. IN THE END ITS ALL WORK OUT JUST GREAT FOR ME I ENDED UP SAVING A LOT OF MANEY BY GOING TO DIFFERENT COMPANY EVERYONE NEED TO DO THIER HOMEWORK GO AND GOOGLE AND RESEARCH YOU WILL FIND A LOT OF MUCH MUCH CHEAPER THAN LYCAMOIBLE WITHOUT BEING SCAME MONTH AFTER MONTH! THE CONTRACT DON'T APPLY TO THEM! HOW BAD CAN THEY GET!!! THEY CANCEL THEIR TOPUP AS YOU GO WITHOUT ANY ADVISED AND TAKE ALL MY MONEY WITH IT....NOW THEY NO LONGER OFFER TOPUP ANYMORE ESPECIALLY HERE IN THE USA! HOW STUPID CAN THEY GET! AND NOW THEY WANTED THE PEOPLE TO BUY THEM BY BUYING THEM FOR 3 MONTHS AT A TIME! SO THAT THEY CAN SCAME PEOPLE AGAIN AND AGAIN BY CANCELING THEIR PLAN! I RATHER PAY MORE FOR A COMPANY WHO WOULD HONOR THEIR WORD THAN A SCAMER COMPANY LIKE LYCA.........

Hi ive just been looking at reviews and to be honest all those with negative ones would want to learn how to use a phone first. Ive been with lyca for over 2 years and i think there is no other networks tat can match when it comes to value for money. And when i go abroad your number automatically changes to same international code as country your in.ie you can still call home on a prepay bundles and even without bundles its so cheap for international calls. If you'd spent as much time fixing your phone settings as writing reviews would not have an issue. Alan ireland

this is the worst company ever, DO NOT USE IT - they are bunch thieves and liars- they will steal your minutes and overcharge you. their customer service is poor, rude and dishonest- I am literally lost for words for this awful company.

WOULDNT USE THIS EVER AGIAIN! Where do I start I ordered a sim the 15£ bundle unlimited everything , monthly , it arrived and wasn’t even activating ? What sort of customer service is this ! Deleted all my contact media and cancelled my 15£ monthly bill after I already payed for it ! I asked for a refund and they refused ! Scammers ! Is zero STAR POSSIBLE

The whole story. Is zero stars an option? Lycamobile adverts as being cheap- Customer Service charges 9p to make a call (Press * when they say you don't have enough credit and to top up) I have a number blocked on my phone, but they said I have still send a text to that number. DUH--- I know its cheap call, but unless you have no other option. LOOK ELSEWHERE

Been with them for 11 years. Finally got old enough to release there is a price you pay for good customer services. Get a contract elsewhere. Advice from a friend- Save your mental and physical brain

"KEEP AWAY" THEY ARE BUNCH OF SCAM COMPANY THAT HAS BLOCKED MY NUMBER PLUS TAKEN THE BALANCE ON THAT SIM . NO WONDER MAJORITY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE LEAVING THEM MAJORITY OF MY FRIENDS LEFT THEM LONG TIME AGO. I HAD THAT SIM AND NUMBER FOR MANY YEARS.# MY ADVICE , FIND AN ALTERNATIVE . CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOO POOR.

I've to say this has to be a scam company. I changed network to Lycamobile, begining of the month. Purchased a 25 Euros bundle as I did precious with other lyca numbers, and a week after they cut my number, can't make calls, send text messages use data or anything that I paid for. Ive rang them several times, before speaking to someone, waiting for about 20 minutes on the phone, please rate our call and service. It's an absolutely joke. Was asked to send an email they would reply within 24 hours and it's almost 72 hours now and no reply whatsoever. On the phone was told that payment was refused after being deducted in my bank account. Basically I was scammed in 25 euros as no refund money in my account. Can you rate 0 stars?

Fraud company with fraud stuff charged you while got the pretending of the help but just pretending. After you got an email address as final solution wish has setting to reject the all emails. Ruined my life shame on you Lycramobil! Pfffff.

I used lyca sim due to cheap internation call but their customer support service very poor. They blocked my sim due to error in their system as when I recharges bundle and due to system issue it did not get recharges on the same day so i raised ticket for refund however I got recharged on the next day I forgot to closed ticket . I am lyca customer from last 2 year but suddenly they block my sim without informating me. Now I am chasing them from last one week but no responce......from one week i am without internet or not able to call anyone.... my contact 07440793172

I have been a lyca customer since aug 2018. Be very careful with the money you leave in the simcard as once the offer is expired (internet or minutes) it won't send any message and you will start spending a ridiculous amount of money. This is the reason i renew MANUALLY the bundle every month. Customer support is more than poor, you can call them and they don't reply or the lines fall right after you reach the operator (Strange, uh?). You have to retry multiple times. I bought a 30CHF roaming bundle which didn't work except in Germany (and immagine the struggle of being north Europe without internet for days) and i sent a mail to request support. After 6 days and now that i'm home, I got no answer. Basically I paid for nothing. Unfortunately, you get what you pay. Rates are pretty low and this come at a price..

I bought the SIM card thinking that I could have a European SIM for periodic trips I was taking. I purchased a bundle for 20 pounds. I didn't see the automatic renewal clause (my bad). As it turns out if I only wanted it for a month I would have had to order it and cancel it the same day as it needs a 30 day notice of cancellation...so you're in for at least two months. Then when I started getting the monthly renewals, I tried various ways of getting a hold of them to cancel (online form, call centre, registering for self service) and each one of those mechanisms basically didn't work. I finally found another email address which they actually responded to (albeit very slowly). Too bad, conceptually this could have been great but the lack of clarity (or opt out option) for the monthly renewal makes it seem like a deliberate money grab, especially when coupled with really terrible customer service channels. I'm going to look for a more reliable service provider.

Customer service based in India make false promises and do not resolve. You can not talk to them unless you buy more credit to call them. I will now be reporting them to OFCOM for compensation.

First, it was wonderful until I need to renew my bundle, I could do it online so I called customer service 1923, I had the port in a bundle, the team members took my money and give me another bundle, that was not the one I request to renew. then I call back.... BIG lie, port in bundle is only for one month, but term and condition writing 6 month? so that's why I am not happy and leaving you
