“I don't have anything to review, so I left you with a middle of the road "3". I purchased the CSS shenandoah September 14, 2024, order # 132349. I received a 10 percent discount, much appreciated. On September 18, 2024, I received an email message that it has been shipped from Austrailia. I assume it is being delivered via air mail. As of yet, I have no delivery date.”

“This is a good company and I strongly recommend that the rest of the world take a look at their site. It's a good site with excellent prices but the potential deal-breaker for me was that it would take forever to get my supplies. I live in Tennessee. I was wrong. I ordered some hard to find brass pulleys from them on the 12th of September, received daily updates on their progress and was signing for them from my postman, on the 19th. Actually, that would have been very reasonable if I had ordered from Florida and quick, if I'd ordered from California. Their prices are very fair”

I hope this will not be a deal-breaker for future business because I am in the market for a wooden ship model and your website seems pretty good. “From start to finish exemplary service. Answered my queries. Friendly, knowledgable. Order came today. Amazed at how they managed to achieve my request. I asked for 1mm x 5mm x 900mm thin strips of limewood and they are perfect. Edges are just superb. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.”
