“I wish I had known upfront I was ordering products from Australia to US. The shipping time is outrageous and did not provide an estimate. Maybe I'll get my stuff one day, but for now, I'm ordering the same from a company in US - could have avoided all this.”

“I ordered "rigging cord" on March 22, 2023. Order #43935. Today is April 9. The last information I received was that it was on its way to Sydney West. I have not received it nor any information about it. Please fix this problem.”

“I wish you informed me of the price of shipping, the timing of delivery and that it was coming from Australia. I need the wood planks this week, so I have had to place another order with Model Expo for planks that are a bit larger and will require trimming to complete the model this week.”

“I find the service is fine. I have an endurance kit and as I have gone along, have been short items. Having even the smallest item sent is a mighty expensive proposition.. Pro bably not your fault but it is a pain.”

“This is the first OcCre model, that i am building. The plans are very large, and in color. The wood seems to be a better quality, than other models I have built. So far everything is going well. Preparation of the pre cut parts are excellent.”
