“I placed 2 orders and was charged 2 shipping fees. However both orders were delivered in 1 package. Perhaps I should have been charged for 1 shipping order?”

“I have always enjoyed looking at the models as a life long model builder. It is funny that I was asked if I wanted to buy a new ship, but I initially declined because I was currently building one. The next time I saw a posting, it was of the exact type of ship I had been thinking about for almost 40 years. I guess it was in the cards so to speak. Thanks.”

“I put my order in But I forgot to include my discount (first time buyer). Also I was not able to log in. And I didnt see a actual delevery date. I could not find any telephone no. to call. I used your chat feature and didnt recd a reply. So I disputed the chg on my credit card.”

“Hi, I have bought 2 model ships off you over 10 years ago and only building the 2nd one now (HMS Unicorn 1790) after looking at the box for years. I have ordered a couple of times a few small items that were missing out of the box that would fit in an envelope with a stamp on it but the freight is always $12.50??
