The product was meant to be sent on the 7th however it was never shipped until the 13th Did not get it until 16th July despite paying the delivery fee for 24hr postage. I don’t want to use it now because I’m worried how long it’s been and they won’t reimburse the money.

Very easy to deal with. The initial consultation is like a questionnaire, very easy to fill out and they are immensely prompt with sending everything out to you. Everything was packaged well, instructions were easy to follow and I was excited to get started.

Not impressed so far. I completed my consultation online a number of times, and nothing happened. Rang the office only to be told that the product is out of stock and to keep trying. It would have been better of the website would have said that. When I eventually was able to complete the consultation and place my order, I expected a few days for my case to be reviewed. But it was reviewed almost immediately, which was good service, but that mean that the product was going to be delivered on a day that I wasn't in. So I called the office and put my order on hold (with the intention of releasing it when I knew I would be around to accept the delivery). A couple of days later, a day when I wasn't at home, I got an email to say that my order was out for delivery. When I got home that day I had a card from Royal Mail saying that they'd tried to deliver a package but as I wasn't in, they'd try again the next day. I rang the office to say that I wasn't happy to receive this product as it wouldn't be refridgerated over night. I was assured that the product was packed so that the low temp would remain for 48 hrs. The next day my item was delivered. It was at room temperature. The ice pack has not only melted, it wasn't even cold. Having been assured that this was OK, I used the item for the first time. No side effects so far, but whether the product is actually viable for this month, only time will tell.....

They are fine when it works. But my package was not delivered or attempted to be delivered by Royal Mail. Consequently sitting in the sorting office for four days during a heat wave. I’ve contacted BMI about this 3x they said don’t worry it’s fine to use. Really?? Then why do they go to the trouble of a 24h temperature controlled delivery?? Then they said the package is not their responsibility once it has been dispatched. Which is absolutely not true, it is the retailer’s responsibility to ensure that the items arrive as sold. What concerns me the most, this isn’t a pair of shoes, it’s a medicine being injected into the body and they could not care less the condition of it. A pretty major red flag.

I went to myBMI to buy saxenda but obviously there is a shortage so they were.out of stock. It was suggested that I try Ozempic instead which I did. It arrived relatively quickly.

Easy application to be completed - plenty of information before making any decision and clear instructions as to what you have to do - pleased so far - I assume a more in-depth review will be asked for regarding the first month of taking these meds before I order my second month
