Very poor. Avoid at all costs. I placed an order and prior to it being processed and prescribed cancelled it in line with their terms and conditions. Nonetheless myBMI insisted on sending out the unwanted medication and charging for it necessitating the commencement of legal action.

Hello Gary, I apologise, but we are unable to offer a refund for your treatment. Throughout the consultation process, we make it clear that the treatment provided is a prescribed medication. Therefore, myBMI cannot be held responsible if you decide to proceed with the consultation and later change your mind. We strongly advise ensuring your certainty about starting the treatment before making the purchase. Once your consultation has been approved, it is not possible to cancel it as the prescribed item has already been assigned to you. I'm happy with your service but not happy with royal mail. To take 4 days for 24 hour service is not great. I've had to stay at home everyday. The tracking info shows that they sent this delivery backwards and forwards between 2 hubs over 2 days. As you hold the contract for delivery with them it is up to you to complain. I do hope that you do as their inefficiency could affect your overall ratings, that would be a great shame.

I have knocked off a star because of the big price hike from £200 to £250 but other than that the experience has been fantastic.Consultation process is straight forward with advice given if needed and even free treatment for any side effects. The drug itself has been a revelation with only minimal side effects and in 5 months my weight has dropped from 88Kg to 72Kg! Dont forget will power is needed also as nothing happens without strict Calorie reduction but the drug makes this much easier. To be fair to the company re the price,a supplier change has been neccessary due to shortage of the product

I have been on the medication 4 day I have no side effects. If I miss a couple of days at the end the medication period is it a problem ? as i am going on holiday I will order my next month batch to arrive the day after I get home.

I’m not quite sure what I was expecting when I placed my Ozempic order but the whole experience from how slick, professional and functional the web site is to the perfectly packaged temperature controlled delivery and super clear and well thought out instructions as well as the product itself was just so impressive and I’m confident now without a doubt I made the right choice of company who I will be staying with going forwards….

The process of consultation, order and delivery is very quick which is brilliant. However, I would expect an email to say my order was out for delivery as this went to a neighbour who had to keep the large box in their fridge (as stated on the box). This was embarrassing as they were very curious about what was inside.

I ordered more than a week ago and still haven't received my shipment but I've had a request for a review, which is very strange. Can only assume this is an blip in your operational process.

Absolutely terrible service. Order dispatched on a Friday, it was refrigerated medication at the cost of £250 to me personally, didn’t arrive until Monday and was warm. I asked to return and a replacement to be sent which is my legal right and was refused. I’ve requested that my case be escalated to a complaint which still hasn’t happened.
