“Excellent customer service - when my pump broke, they sent out a replacement in minutes as soon as they'd clarified it wasn't fixable with the parts I had.”

“Very good quality product which you instantly just feel as you open up the box. Simple instructions with lovely design of overall product. Everything worked perfectly straight away. So worth the money as you get two pumps and usually pay double the price for two on the market.”

“Amazing customer service, DPD messed up my delivery, I contacted Wren by email to say I still hadn't received my order and got a reply in 8 minutes, even though it was evening. Really lovely customer service from Hannah who I spoke with and had a new one sent out to me the next day.”

“Fantastic pump, easy to put together, use and clean. Arrived on time, in gorgeous packaging with breastfeeding positivity stickers too. I haven't needed to contact Wren with any issues but they're very encouraging on social media towards their audience. I've also purchased the spare parts bundle, and nipple cream which is fantastic. Totally recommend to anyone looking to express.”

“Having nursed 3 babies and struggled to pump, I have tried several different types and brands of pumps and feel this one is the best so far!! It’s really easy to use and it’s beautiful. They really have thought of everything with this pump. The box was full of little goodies and what I liked the most is they sent extra parts with it. Spare parts to replace things that get used and need replaced. Non of the other pumps I have bought have done this! Highly recommend”

“i have fallen in love with my wren breastpump. the flexability it gives me to get on with housework aswell as pump while feeding just makes life with a baby feel so much more at ease. thank you wren for making pumping more accsesable. also the milk packages for frezzing are great and the nipple balm is a life saver pumping i find can be hard on the nipples.”

“Not good for me, during the pumping most of the milk is split out and doesn't pull the nipple enough. The battery is last only for 30-40 minutes and is very loud the machine.”

Hello, Have you reached out to us yet? We're always there to help customers if they come across a problem with fitting or set up. It does automatically shut off after 30 minutes for safety reasons but then turns back on again. To ensure the nipple is correctly pulled through you do need to ensure you have the correct flange size which we can help with. Please do get in touch via the live chat on our website and we will be more than happy to support you in getting set up. Also once a correct fit is made the noise level decreases as a seal is created. Thank you. Team Wren :)

“I've been super impressed with Wren so far, I upgraded from a cheap handpump and wish I'd bought a Wren sooner. Strong pump and i get a good amount of milk in a short time. Easy to set up and use with lots of spare parts. I would say it is quite loud when in use, so it's not discreet (i wouldnt use in an office for example) but think that is just common amongst all pumps. Given it is a very decent price compared to other well-known brands I would 100% recommend.”

“I started using wren a few months ago. They are very good pumps! Very effective with how they are designed and very comfortable. They are a bit noisy but nothing that bothered me too much. When I started exclusively pumping and using the pumps they started to lose the suction. I contacted customer service who are very helpful and lovely people and they explained to me that they weren’t designed for exclusive pumping and the loss of suction was probably due to overuse- I wish I had known this previously as I would subsequently have bought another pump to go alongside them so I didn’t wear them down. As it is they sent me out a new pump and gave me a discount code for the second hopefully the new ones don’t degrade as fast. They really are much better than I was expecting and well worth the money.”
