“I ordered the double breast pumps and had a few issues with them. The customer service I experienced was great though. Hannah & Jody asked various questions to try and resolve the issues and even offered to give me a call to help. The issues I had were that I found the breast pumps leaked if I wasn’t upright when using them, so things like bending over to take the washing out of the machine or pick up my daughter weren’t possible when I was wearing them. Have read reviews for different brands of wearable breast pumps this seems to be an issue with lots of different wearable pumps. The pumps were also a bit bulky to handle a newborn with when wearing them. I think they would be fine with an older baby who can sit on your hip, but I found them challenging to use whilst she wanted to lie on my chest or he cradled. I also found the pumps were quite loud when used together. The website states they are 50 decibels but I think this is just the volume of one pump, the two together were far louder. My final issue was the strength of the pump. I found that the wired pump I was using before expressed almost double the amount of milk than the Wren pumps. This may not be an issue if you have a good supply but one of the main reasons I bought the pumps was to try and boost mine. As I said the customer service was very good, but unfortunately I made the decision to move to formula feeding so I cannot comment on whether the issues I had with the pumps could have been resolved”

“Don’t normally write reviews but this one is worth it. Wren has made pumping doable. May not be the strongest but it is so convenient it actually gets used. Thank you Wren for helping us get ever closer to exclusively breastfeeding after a low-supply challenge!”

“My Wren pump has been a joy and a godsend. I knew pumping would be more challenging with my second but having a hands free pump which works so beautifully has been unreal. I've managed to give my second little boy the same start in life I gave my first... without being tied to the sofa and without missing out on playing with my toddler. “I am so impressed with my purchase. With my 1st son back in 2019 I had an Elvie pump and I'd forever be battling leaks, suction not working properly and having to dismantle and reassemble in the middle of the night to get it working - it was a nightmare and really time consuming and frustrating. This pump, however, work so much better; a little louder than the Elvie but so much more reliable and efficient, to the point where I'm able to exclusively pump for my 2 week old and get over a litre of milk a day in just 4/5 pumping sessions!”

“I was a bit sceptical about purchasing a double pump from a brand that is quite new starting out. Compared to the price of other well known brands, wren was very cheap so I thought could it really be that good? I am honestly very happy with the pump and everything it comes with! It does exactly what it says and I get a great supply every use. It also comes with all the spare parts needed, chargers and a great bag to keep all our bits in to go out and about with. Great company, great product and it’s made my breastfeeding journey enjoyable!”

“I would highly recommend this breast pump! I needed to start pumping to keep my supply up after my baby dropped his dream feed, and it’s far easier to use than any others I’ve tried in previous years (which makes the thought of having to do it before bed much more pleasant and attainable! 🙂). It’s also much easier to disassemble and sterilise each time, plus it’s hands free which is such a blessing! So pleased with my purchase!”

“Amazing produce. Stayed attached while I was doing housework. Suction is nice and general and isn’t noisy unlike some products I’ve had. Easy to take apart and clean and not too fiddly. Would highly recommend.”

“This device is an absolute game changer for me! I breastfeed but need to express so I can nap during the day ready for my baby’s cluster night feeding. I’m rubbish with technology but this is super easy to use and dissemble/reassemble and is super comfortable in my bra when in use. Absolutely painless! The value for money is fantastic, other brands are nearly 3x the price! I will definitely be recommending Wren to all my mummy friends!”

“Amazing pump!!! I was sceptical as I'd not heard of this company but I needn't have been. With 3 kids I don't get much chance to sit down and express milk for my youngest so this is a lifesaver. Very discreet to wear, prompt delivery. Very pleased.”

“Not using the pump yet as bought in advance of my due date but the handling of the order was great. I came across the company on Amazon but decided to buy direct after discovering they were based in Norwich. Coming from Norwich myself, I wanted to support a small local business. Pump came packed in a lovely box with stickers and cards which was a nice touch. Pump itself is really sleek and looks easy to use. Comes with all the required attachments and different sizes which is brilliant. Looking forward to starting my breastfeeding and pumping journey with Wren. Thank you.”

“Arrived super quick, next-day delivery having only ordered it around 6pm. So far this pump has been great, fitting into my lifestyle and to helping on my journey to combi-feeding. I’m not hardcore pumping so can’t comment entirely from that perspective - but in relieving 3/4oz per pump, 3 or 4 times a day to help fill the gaps when not b/feeding has been great. Looking forward to ramping up the pumping as needed. One thing I would say is that I found the instructions a bit daunting thinking there were lots of tiny parts to assemble and clean every time, but rest assured it’ reads more complicated than it actually is and once you’ve done it once it’s so so simple and not a faff at all. I have noticed that in leaning forward I have leaked a few times into my bra which is a shame. Have checked and everything seems assembled correctly so any guidance on that would be appreciated. Bra is fit snug. It’s the only niggle as I don’t feel quite as ‘free’ to move around as I would like. Seems to leak from between the bottle and the pump.”
