“All aspects of the service were good apart from the delivery team not knowing they were due to install the appliance. In fairness to them, however, they did install the appliance based on our contention we had ordered installation.”

“Was great to be able to speak to someone on the phone and get all the support and help I needed. Compared price with leading suppliers and NE Appliances was the same so it was good to buy local and have a more personal service. We spoke on the phone several times and also had contact over email. Very efficient and prompt and helpful services.”

“Amazing service from start to finish ! My old washer/ drier finally gave up the ghost . One call to NE got me a new one ordered and if I hadn’t been going away it could have been delivered and fitted within two days ! When it was delivered and fitted the 41 steps up to a first floor flat didn’t present a problem nor did the wonky kitchen ! All fitted and everything taken away . !”

“New liebherr stand alone Fridge Freezer delivered on time and carried into my second floor flat kitchen by NE team. Elected to unpack and “plug in” myself, no old unit to recycle, delivery team asked I wait few hours for refrigerant to settle before powering up.”

“I’ve been searching now for over a month to replace my mother‘s old gas cooker. Checked online with all the big appliance companies. All we’re out of stock with no date to say when the cookers would be back in stock. Well done to NE appliances for a good selection of cookers to choose from. Easy to use online ordering, only one hiccup with booking a date for the gas engineer, to fit a cooker. Quickly sort it out with the good service team at NE appliances. Mum very happy”

“Great communication. Had supply problems on the dryer I ordered, but they provided an alternative more expensive alternative at no extra cost. They had to move the delivery day by 48 hours, but this was no issue for me.”

“Really Good, never used them before, found them on the web, prices were very competitive, delivery times were very quick, seemed too good to be true, took the plunge and ordered a fridge. Was impressed with the communication, delivery was exactly on time, the delivery guys were helpful, no damage on the fridge which works perfectly. So 5 stars to ne appliances.”

“Service in the showroom was good, although we did have to wait 3 months for our freezer to be delivered due to supply issues. We requested that the door hinges be moved to the opposite side of the freezer for which we paid £50. When the freezer arrived, the door had not already been changed and the delivery men had to do this. I was a bit dismayed to see that they laid the freezer on its back to do this, although I assumed this was what was necessary. Half way through the change they discovered they didn't have the correct tool to complete the job and had to leave the freezer on its back while they went and bought a new tool. They arrived back after a short time and completed the job. Having then read the manual that came with the freezer, it said that the door should be changed in the upright position. It seems to be working alright but I was concerned that this had happened.”

“The service was good and delivery men curteous and did their job quickly and took away all the rubbish. I didn't rate ne appliances 5 stars as I apid an extra £20 for delivery between 9am and 11am and they arrived an hour late.”
