I recently discovered a manufacturing fault on a new purchase from New Forest Clothing – some stitches were missing. Unfortunately, I noticed the issue after the return window had closed.
I contacted customer service, and they arranged for the item to be sent back to the manufacturer, Deer Hunter. However, this process proved to be unnecessarily complicated. Deer Hunter insisted on repairing the item rather than replacing it, despite the clear manufacturing defect.
Thankfully, I was helped by an exceptional customer service representative named Liam. He managed to resolve the situation and arranged for a replacement to be sent without my knowledge. Liam’s outstanding efforts turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. He deserves huge credit for his help.”
