“The quality is nice however, the picture and color didn’t match what I was expecting nor the color palette I needed. So I spent $30 on samples I won’t even consider which was a complete waste of money. I wish you offered smaller cuts of free samples so I could at least see the color options.”
“I requested a replacement photo and frame for the “rider” picture and frame.. both were damaged. I supplied photos of the damages as well. Customer service said they put in for a replacement but only sent me a new picture. Also, company replies were over 24 hours each time.”
“Frame and glass were much lower quality than appeared online and the ratio of mat to frame was also off from the photo. They offered basically no help and it was going to be super expensive to ship it back so I’m stuck with it”

“Complete ripoff. Spent almost $500 on 2 pieces of framed art that showed up being as chinsy as a dollar store frame. Plastic instead of glass and light weight flimsy frame that must be some type of plastic, definitely not solid wood. Their no return policy is further disappointing and speaks volumes to the fact that they don't stand behind their product. Severely disappointed and will be getting my art from elsewhere. Others reviewed their frames the same, wish I had read them before purchasing. One frame eas also scratched.”

“Unfortunately, I wanted to love this place but I have had the worst experience. I ordered a painting and not only did it take forever to get to me, when it did it was a scary huge poster of scary movies (not what I ordered what so ever). I emailed them asking to get the painting i paid for and they said they would expedite it. They still have not even shipped out the painting and it's been almost a week. They did refund me so I will give them some respect there, but overall very disappointed because I love their stuff.”
