“We purchased two sofas back in 2020 and have recently bought a small chair to match. I cannot speak highly enough of the team, they have been brilliant, from ordering leather samples which arrived next day to advising on the best options and then confirming our order. The whole experience has been an absolute pleasure. The quality is superb, the two existing sofa are really comfy and the leather has aged wonderfully, our new chair is just as good and we look forward to living with our "Old Boots" for many years to come. We'll be in touch soon for a footstool! Good luck for the future!”

“Ordered the Hepburn small sofa and an armchair to have for Christmas. Ordered well in advance to ensure delivery as the world has gone a bit mad this year and it is hard to rely on anything. Old Boot were great at keeping in touch to update me on my order and it was actually myself holding things up - foam or feather or both? Scotchguard or not? Lots of options. I even had to postpone delivery as we hadnt finished decorating, which was not a problem to them. The delivery service was equally amazing with positive, helpful communication throughout. The furniture is very comfy and looks great in pine and honey velvet. The only issue we had were the legs, as the manufacturer had changed the style from the website and we were left a bit confused and had to email for clarification. If we had permitted the delivery folks to unpack and attach the legs ( as is standard) we probably wouldnt have even noticed. Despite this I received really prompt responses to my emails over the Christmas holidays and the offer of whichever legs I prefer. I will be looking for new sofas for other rooms at some point too and will happily return to old boot sofas.”

“I am delighted with my Hepburn sofa and chair, I chose the vintage velvet in pine and it looks lovely in my sitting room. It took just eight weeks from ordering by phone to delivery, with excellent communication at every stage. I would definitely order from this company again.”

“We took delivery of our 2 Hepburn sofas on Friday. They are beautiful and so comfortable it was an effort to extract myself from my snuggle sofa last night. One of the sofas arrived with no front legs, a call from Old Boots who had been informed by the lovely delivery men, and they arrived via courier on Sunday. Fantastic service! Thanks Old Boots, keep doing what you are doing, it works.”

“Having searched the internet for tan leather furniture, I found the Hepburn 2 seater sofa and chair on Old Boot, which ticked all the boxes for me. I ordered samples so I could be sure of the colour of the leather (Saddle - tan). I must admit, I was extremely nervous about ordering furniture online without having seen it or tried it for comfort, but I needn't have been. My experience with Old Boot from start to finish was first class. The team were always on hand (phone or email) to answer any queries I had and once the furniture was ordered, they provided progress updates along the way, and when the furniture was ready, they let me know the expected delivery window. Having collected the furniture, the delivery company contacted me to give me a delivery date and kept me up to date on progress, the furniture was delivered on the date and time given (about 8 weeks from ordering), and brought into my home with care and skill and installed in a jiffy (and they took all the packaging away). The furniture itself is just beautiful! The detail and finish is amazing and it is so comfortable... and the smell of the leather is divine. It's everything I wanted and more! I am more than happy with my new furniture and would not hesitate to recommend Old Boot.”

“I own the Hepburn sofa in willow green velvet, and it's been a total joy. We were wondering whether to be seduced by a loaf sofa - we have one already - but it's much more expensive and too deep to sit on comfortably. This sofa both looks like it's been here forever - there's a lovely patina on the velvet, but more importantly keeps its shape when we sit and lie on it. Thank you so much for your excellent service too.”

“What can I say to express my delight at the beauty and quality of the set I bought. I purchased the Historian 3 seater sofa and chair in antique tan colour. I did wait a while for them to come, however I was kept up to speed by Old Boot. I received my set yesterday, the delivery guys were polite and courteous. They set the sofa and chair up for me and placed them where I wanted them. Ive spent 24 hours admiring the set, so bit the bullet and ordered the 4 seater and pouffe. I will say theyre not cheap but definitely not expensive. They absolutely reek of fine quality that you wouldnt get from the big corporates. Old Boot, you have made this old boot a very happy customer. Thank you so much.”

“Just received my two Hepburn sofas this morning and Im over the moon. I was a little anxious having never ordered furniture online before wasnt quite sure what to expect, I am delighted with my sofas they are gorgeous, Ive been taking photos and sending them to friends and family since they arrived! I would not hesitate in recommending Old Boot Sofas to anyone, they kept me updated throughout and completed when they said they would, first class service, merchandise and delivery, thank you. Im now looking to order a footstool for one of the sofas!”

“Within days of ordering received a call confirming our order, colour, if we had used swatches to help with our decision ( we had) and if we had any questions. Manufacture took exactly as long as was quoted with regular update emails while we were waiting. Delivery was handled by a third party delivery company but was efficiently completed by friendly guys. Sofa is comfy, looks great and would not hesitate to use old boot again.”

“It was a very long wait for our Hutch leather sofa, but when we eventually got it, we were very satisfied. Although it does feel very firm to sit on, and not being able to viewing one before purchase we were not to know this. The delivery men were very polite and professional. Thank you.”

“We bought two beautiful sofas from Old Boot Sofas, but unfortunately the cushions on one of the sofas didnt feel right. When we advised the company, they couldnt have been more helpful and they ordered new cushions for us. They also kept us informed each step of the way until delivery. We are extremely pleased with their after sales customer service and would highly recommend this company for the lovely range of sofas as well as their helpful and responsive customer service.”

“We ordered our two Hepburn sofas on 28 December and took delivery of them on 22 February. The whole process from order to delivery was seamless. Staff at Old Boot kept us informed throughout and answered queries promptly. The sofas (in velvet) are absolutely gorgeous; we love them! They suit the style of our 1930s house very well. Shorter people will need a foot rest or cushions if they want to sit with their back supported. The seat is firm (apparently it will soften over time), but very comfortable. We're really pleased with our choice and would highly recommend the company.”

“Old Boot Sofa's were amazing from the initial fabric sample request through to delivery. The quality of the sofa is outstanding. It is rare these days to find suchsuperior craftmanship. I have a sofa that is eye catching, supremely comfortable and will last my life time. Delivery was before specified date and couriers were efficient, polite and helpful. I highly recommend this company.”
