“Big fan of the styles and sustainability ethos - truly beautiful clothes at decent price. However, I was unimpressed by the returns policy - it says free returns on the website, but when you actually have to return something, the fine print tells you that the cost of your return will be taken out of your refund. Not ideal, especially as the sizing is really not very consistent!”
“Bought multiple dresses in same clothes size and they all fit like different sizes. Items were low quality fabrics. On top of that you get spammed with multiple emails a day from them, the unsubscribe button didn't work and even blocking one of their emails hasn't stopped all of their advertising messages coming through as they clearly have multiple emails to send you spam from.”
