“The trousers I ordered (and paid for) were discontinued, so I was offered an exchange for another colour. The order then took 7 weeks to arrive, with little to no communication from the team. They kept saying it would ship soon. Once it finally arrived, the fabric was a horrible and shiny and didn’t drape well. They looked a lot better on the website than in person. Needless to say I am returning and won’t be shopping with Omnes again.”
“I really like this brand. I have ordered from them in the past although I do find their sizing a bit off. I have ordered an XS and it fit perfectly, a size 10 and it be a little snug and a size 12 that practically falls off me. Not sure how confident I would be to order from them again as I keep paying a lot of shipping and having to send the clothes back.”
