“Delivery was swift, clothes are mostly nice. I returned 2 items that didn't me. I love my paperbag waist Kimberly trousers and have bought a second pair, and the Manila shorts version.”

“Bought a dress in 2 different sizes for a wedding - really gorgeous colour and lovely linen material. Was a bit nervous as I’d seen some previous reviews with issues with returns but all went smoothly. Took a little while to be processed but refunded all fine. (I did have to pay to return which the website was slightly misleading about but only £2.50)”

“Bought this dress for my graduation and it was the perfect choice - it looks great and feels very comfortable, not see-through at all! The packaging is a nice touch as well. The only thing is I ordered next-day delivery as I was cutting it a bit close to the day and it arrived two working days later (thankfully still on time but you should consider that chance if buying something urgently).”

“Big fan of the styles and sustainability ethos - truly beautiful clothes at decent price. However, I was unimpressed by the returns policy - it says free returns on the website, but when you actually have to return something, the fine print tells you that the cost of your return will be taken out of your refund. Not ideal, especially as the sizing is really not very consistent!”

“Loved the Thora dress, but DEFINITELY go with your true size and ignore their reccomendation. I could fit a whole arm down inside the dress. Once I exchanged for a 14 all was fine. However, the exchange process took a long time and throughout I only received only automated responses to my requests for updates. The parcel eventually arrived just less than 2 weeks later without any significant notice, or any communication/ confirmation about what was inside from Omnes.”

“Really impressed with the packaging and quality of garment. However, I used the recommended sizing which is at least two sizes too big for me unfortunately so I need to return. Should have gone with what I thought!”
