“I had a renewal for my car and needed to make a change to my circumstances. This was done easily via the online chat with the agent BN1. The requote was too high and I told BN1 that I would be looking to renew elsewhere. After discussion a new price was agreed and I was satisfied with the outcome. BN1 was willing to listen to my concerns and lowered the price accordingly. Good customer service that left me pleased and satisfied.”

“Brandon gave me a clear, simple answer and I am grateful for that. However, 1. Other companies are beginning to contact me with quotes. Does One Click wish to miss the bus? 2. I have to plan for significant expenditure on my house. The sooner I know what my car insurance premium will be, the easier for me. 3. I had to contact you via live chat because I was timed out when I tries to log on through your portal.”
