“I spoke with Paige (PS1) this afternoon regarding a cancellation of auto-renewal after a payment has automatically been taken. While I absolutely stand by the fact auto-renewals are deceitful and awful business practice, Paige was very helpful in sorting this out for me and mindful of my personal circumstances.”
