“Insurance quote came through but I found it £50 cheaper on confused so I went onto one call chat where I spoke to Adam (AB9) who updated a few things and managed to get the quote down to just £7 less than the confused quote which I agreed to as I thought it was a good deal. (Glad the Chat worked as 2x phone calls both went unanswered for 45mins!!)”

“Had a small problem with my NCB and couldn't work out what was the problem as i sent in the required documents, NO2 (Nicole) was extremely helpful, informed me what the problem was in layman's terms and sorted it out on the spot. Very relieved now its all in order, thank you for your patience and hard work.”
