“Hi, I waited for the chatbot (initially 23rd inline) for approximately an hour and 45 minutes 😑. It was definitely worth the wait. JA7 was just superb. He was courteous, polite and timely (apologised for any slight time delays). I'm unsure how long he dealt with me, but it didn't matter due to his professionalism 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.”

“I am pleased to offer 5star reviews for both Shanice(SP6) and Nicole (NO2), they were both very professional, knowledgeable, and calm when dealing with my policy requests! The both spent a considerable amount of time sorting out policy changes and errors that I had made!! Initially I found it difficult not being able to talk directly to a human, but I quickly got used to it and it probably led to a calmer and more focused conversation! At the end of the communication, I was offered a very competitive price for my policy renewal! Thankyou both!”

“Thank you to my call handler SP6... ( ironically dealing with my sp30) Quick and useful without asking a million questions around the houses like what is my name address telephone number when they already have a file so that's good other companies should take note”
