Well I would to be able to give a review but it’s been 25 days and I still haven’t received my delivery, if you offer world wide shipping this needs to be addressed. The occasions I ordered for are long gone and now I’m going to have issues with the address as I’m out of it after the weekend.

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are so sorry to hear that there have been complications with the delivery of your order. Our worldwide shipping timeframes are guidelines provided by the courier service and it is only on a small percentage of orders they are not met - we apologise that your order has fallen into this category. I can see that you have reached out to our Customer Support team who are providing you with updates as they become available whilst your order is being held at Customs. Sadly, we have no control over how long the shipment is held in customs as this is outside our jurisdiction - we have done everything we can so far and whilst we will continue to put pressure on the situation as best we can, it is unfortunately a waiting game. Please note, customs may contact you as the customer directly as your order is over the $1000 customs threshold. Failure to reply can result in further delays or the parcel being returned, but we are doing our upmost to avoid this scenario. As you have noted a change of address in your review, could you please relay this to our customer service team as they can make every attempt to request for the address on your parcel to be changed. Please note, this is not guaranteed once an order has been dispatched. I ordered a pair of service fatigue pants in my normal size (and used the size fitter) and they were very large. I went to return them through the portal and it is not offering me the correct refund price. I have reached out to P&Co via email, social media, through the website provided email, and the online chat and have received no response after several weeks. Very disappointing.

Our Checkerboard fatigues contain 97% cotton & 3% elastane mix provided for comfort and stretch. The material composition plays a part in how this product may fit, so we do recommend comparing your own measurements to our size guide to help find your correct fit prior to purchase. Regarding your refund, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience which may have been caused, our customer service team receive a very high volume of queries which are responded to accordingly, however, due to demand they cannot always respond as quickly as they would like. I really love what you’re doing guys, but this time it’s a disaster. 10 days since I made my order and still haven’t got it. I tried to get in touch with your CS but no luck. However I already received the email asking to rate it. Okay, so far it’s 1 out of 10

The clothes are stylish, but for US customers the return policy means I’ll never shop here again. The item didn’t fit as expected and I had to pay $30 to ship back to the UK.

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. I am so sorry but unfortunately, we are unable to currently offer free returns at the moment, this is something we are working on implementing in the future, but its not currently possible for us at the moment. We have very recently introduced this reduced cost of $25 for returns, a cost that is a considerable amount lower than the cost that customers paid previously. We have found that when customers are returning orders from the US with alternative couriers they are being charged anywhere between $80-$200 which is why we've spent time working on a better returns solution so that we take on the majority of returning fees. Hello, the colours of the graphic are so so dark (barely cant see it) I send you a photo so can see the difference between the photos of this t shirt in your website and the reality. Are all the units of it like that or is a defective print??? Wait your answer.

We always do our best to ensure the images on site reflect the true colours of each product. That being said I sincerely apologise you feel our current images do not match up with the product in hand. Our acid wash t-shirts have been made slightly faded which can be seen in some of the imagery on site. Due to the nature of the acid wash, some may appear more washed or faded than others, this is what makes our Acid Wash T-shirts unique. Hey, Thank you for placing two orders - we're sorry to hear you haven't received them! Unfortunately, there can sometimes be delay's with delivery for reasons beyond our control. FedEx provide us with estimations which, whilst they are met most of the time, they are only minimum timescales. As soon as our customers begin to encounter a delay with their order, we would implore them to reach out to the Customer Support team who can liaise with the Distribution Manager to establish what the cause for delay may be and when the order will be delivered. I can see that both of your orders have been marked as delivered, however, we have noticed that you did not reach out to us. I purchased a shirt from the P&Co webshop a year ago, attracted by their impressive marketing which suggested high-quality clothing. However, after just a few months, the expensive shirt started developing holes. I reached out to their customer service only after the shirt completely fell apart, and they informed me that I should have contacted them within six months of purchase, offering no assistance or compensation. This experience has revealed to me that P&Co is not a sustainable or responsible company. Their products are of poor quality and not built to last, contributing to waste and environmental harm. I would not recommend buying from P&Co if you are looking for durable, high-quality clothing.

These pants are so incredibly unflattering. The legs need some taper or shape. From the zipper up they look and fit nice but the legs are just comically bad. Very disappointed to have to pay $25 return shipping for an item so different than picture online.

Package not received. 80 euros in nature. It's been several weeks. Their technique is to ask you to send only one complaint email because otherwise the email goes last in the pile. Except you don't have an answer. Never seen. I understand that the summer period is more complicated than the rest of the year but my patience has its limits. It was supposed to take 5 days, and almost a month later no progress. Parcel tracking is blocked. No return from them, their email address via paypal does not work. Terrible customer service. I am desperately waiting for a refund. Run away!

I love my checker pants I was waiting for them for 4 months so I ordered one of each size now I know how they fit. I need to return the size 10. Since I was unfamiliar with your sizes I purchased 2 pairs and now I will loos $25. Can I exchange it with another color in size 8 and loose money.?
