“I could not be any happier with my new trousers if I tried! The new design is AMAZING! There is some stretch in them! I am between a 18-20 UK sizing and I ordered the 18 and they’re perfect! Don’t hesitate to buy before they sell out!!”

“i love love love the pants i ordered, but i am baffled by the customer service option. i need to exchange the size and am having no luck through the route provided . i cannot find a phone number to reach anyone and have exhausted all the trouble shooting options as well. can someone please help? i will happily provide a great review if only i could get a smaller size that fit. please and thank you ;)”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. We're so sorry that the customer service you have experienced hasn't matched the way you feel about the Checkerboard trousers! At this moment in time, we do not have a phone number for our customer support team but we will take this feedback on board and explore if this is something we could introduce! We can see that you previously reached out to our online customer support team with a picture of your packing slip; on the back of this are the full instructions for how to complete a return so we're sorry if you missed this! I can see that a couple of members of our team spoke to you via email to apologise for the fact we are not yet able to offer exchanges in your country and take you through how to do a return. However, from reading your review, I have just looked for how to gain information on our US exchange policy without having to contact the team and agree that it absolutely could be clearer; thank you for bringing it to our attention. We will be looking to implement these changes in the coming days. In the meantime though, there is anything else you need, please feel free to reach back out to the team! “Love P&Co! High quality - worth the price. The fatigue trousers are amazing and the waist adjusters are a life saver. The black in particular are made of the most amazing fabric, its a beautiful twill. The denim fatigues are a really sturdy denim not stretch like jeggings - perfect! The carpenter pants however....I had to knock a star off for them, the black fabric isn't like the twill of the fatigues, its a canvas that EVERYTHING clings to. You will have a lint roller glued to your hand all day. Disappointing given the quality of their other products.”

“The team at P&Co provided phenomenal customer service when I was previously in contact with regard to issues I encountered with an online order. The response to my enquiry was swift, and further correspondences were even more so, and my issue was resolved in short order. Plus, the advisor I was in contact with (Paige) was considerate and a pleasure to converse with.”
