“Package not received. 80 euros in nature. It's been several weeks. Their technique is to ask you to send only one complaint email because otherwise the email goes last in the pile. Except you don't have an answer. Never seen. I understand that the summer period is more complicated than the rest of the year but my patience has its limits. It was supposed to take 5 days, and almost a month later no progress. Parcel tracking is blocked. No return from them, their email address via paypal does not work. Terrible customer service. I am desperately waiting for a refund. Run away!”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. We are so very sorry to hear you did not receive your order as expected. Our customer service team do their very best to answer emails as quickly as possible working from oldest to newest to ensure customers are answered fairly. We ask that customers refrain from sending multiple or follow-up emails as this does unfortunately move your email to the newest tickets which then takes our team longer to get to. A very high volume of tickets are frequently received but due to demand are not responded to as quickly as desired, I sincerely apologise for this. In situations such as this one our customer service team ensure to keep you updated as much as they possibly can unfortunately, however, there can also be slight delays whilst they wait for a response from our delivery partners or depending on how far the parcel has progressed in its delivery. After taking a further look into your query I can see our customer service team provided a resolution, as we have not received a response since we hope this resolution has been suitable.
