“I ordered 7/27, and as of today 9/3, I still don’t have my scarf. I understand things happen, but the company never even tracked to see if it was received.”

“Shipping took much longer than anticipated, so I didn't have the pashmina for the event I had ordered it for. It seemed like a Fedex label was created right away, but the item didn't ship for more than a week after that, and then it was delayed. When I tried to exchange the pashmina for a different color since I had to purchase something similar for my event, I got no response whatsoever.”

“I’ve had a Pashmina shawl from here for close to a decade now, and I’ve enjoyed using it both at home and out and about. They are wonderful shawls. I like to call them socially acceptable blankets, and they give both warmth and can elevate an outfit. Pashminas a simple luxury that can provide years of enjoyment. Quality matters, and this company delivers.”
