“Terrible service and lack of feedback for my order. I ordered the pashmina on the 19th of October, it took until the 23rd for them to ship it, and they gave me no indication that they would demand signature on delivery when I didn’t request it. I had hoped the item would arrive in time for my trip on the 30th and although I requested for it to be delivered without signature this didn’t happen. They use Fedex, which don’t give the customer any control over their shipment which they have paid for, and FedEx have been completely useless at carrying out my request. There were only two feeble knee-jerk responses from the vendor to Fedex to follow up and now it’s been 5 days of no progress. Buyer beware if you aren’t home to receive your order. I am no longer interested in dealing with this company other than to receive a refund for being treated so poorly.”

“Shipping took much longer than anticipated, so I didn't have the pashmina for the event I had ordered it for. It seemed like a Fedex label was created right away, but the item didn't ship for more than a week after that, and then it was delayed. When I tried to exchange the pashmina for a different color since I had to purchase something similar for my event, I got no response whatsoever.”

“I was nervous of purchasing from India as one hears such bad/negative stories about the possibility that your credit card details could be misused. But after I read other reviews from customers outside of India, I decided to take a chance. The service I received was prompt, courteous and efficient. So thank you.”
